How long is the delivery time ?

Our delivery time is 8 to 30 business days.You will receive an email with your tracking status (estimated delivery time ) within 6 business days.Most orders are delivered within 12 business days of the shipping time .You can also reach out to us if you wish to get the logistics tracking number at all time.

What is the store currency? is there an exchange fee for the transaction?

We display the converted price for your reference (estimate with the exchange rates in your local currency) but when it comes to the checkout we charge in USD $ .Paypal /Stripe may charge a conversion fee for the transaction .Please note that these are currency conversion fees and are not controlled by our company.

 


How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it will take 8-30 business days for delivery (Monday to Friday excluding holidays).

Are Exchange Fees refundable ?

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

I did not get a coupon for 2 + units ,what to do?
It's the responsibility of the customer before  confirming the order to check if the discount was applied.You can go back to the cart and apply the discount if you have missed to confirm it or it was not applied.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please include your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?

eastern Asia,the product is made in China.Orders are traceable  in the United states with USPS/FedEx,in Canada with Canada Post,in the united kingdom with Royal Mail,and in Australia with AusPost.
